How low can I expect the coilovers to drop my car?

Each kit will be slightly different but the general rule for all Rokkor coilovers is that they will lower the vehicle 1-3 inches below OEM ride height. This means at their highest setting you’ll be 1 inch lower than OEM and at the lowest, 3 inches lower that OEM ride height.

How are height adjustments made?

Each coilover either has a threaded shock body or a threaded spring seat. Each spring will rest on these threaded sections which will also have two spring ‘perches’. Included with each coilover kit is a pair of coilover spanner wrenches. You will use these wrenches to spin these perches up or down the threaded section which will raise or lower the springs. Once the spring height is achieved both perches are spun against each other to ‘lock’ them together to secure that ride height.

How do I know when my package is shipped?

Once the package leaves our facility you will be notified via email that a label has been assigned and with the associated tracking number for the package. The package can then be tracked on the shipping carrier's website.

Are the coilovers comfortable for my daily driver?

We have tailored all of our coilovers to be very comfortable when used on the streets each day. They are not designed to be an overly stiff track coilover that is ever so common among today’s coilovers options.

Are different spring rates available?

At the moment we do not offer custom spring rates. The listed spring rates on each coilover’s product page is what is offered for that vehicle.

What is the warranty?

Rokkor offers a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defect. For more information on the warranty please visit the warranty page of the website.

I don’t see my vehicle listed on the site, do you make a kit for it?

As each kit is offered, it is immediately listed on the website. If you do not see a coilover kit for your vehicle, please contact us as we often times have kits in the various stages of production and it may be one we will offer soon. We are also very open to requests as this helps us to determine what to produce next.

What do I do to get sponsored by Rokkor?

At the moment Rokkor does not have a sponsorship program established. If you would like to be added for consideration please send your information, a write up on your vehicle, as well as pictures to sales@rokkor.com.

Are any special tools needed for installing coilovers?

In most cases your average tool set will be sufficient to remove suspension and install coilovers. Please check the specifics of your vehicle to determine tool sizing as well as what may be necessary to remove OEM suspension. Spanner wrenches to adjust the coilovers are included with the kit.

Do you have any dealers near me?

At the moment we do not have an established dealer base. We sell direct to maintain great customer service to our customers when needed. If we do open our products to dealers and you are interested in becoming a dealer please send your request to sales@rokkor.com.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Each package will leave our facility 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. Shipping times will vary depending on location. Please feel free to give us a call to get an estimated time of delivery.

Are the Rokkor coilovers a direct bolt-on?

Rokkor coilovers are designed to work with the OEM strut mounts and will be direct replacements of the OEM suspension. Once the OEM upper strut mounts are bolted to the coilover all the OEM suspension mounts will remain the same.

How does the satisfaction guarantee work?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product you are welcome to ship them back within 30 daysof receiving your product to receive a refund of the product purchase price. Please contact us prior to shipping the product back so that we may give you the proper authorization code to attach with the package.

Will I need spacers for my application?

In some cases spacers may be needed to clear suspension components once coilovers are installed. Generally, most OEM wheels will fit without rubbing issues as these rubbing issues typically happen with aftermarket aggressive offset wheels. In some cases it may be necessary to measure with your current wheels to determine if a spacer will be needed.

Can I purchase separate parts?

Spare parts are dependent on the current stock. If you are interested in a specific part please give us a call to determine availability, 877-249-1899.

Why are your prices so low?

Our prices are so reasonable as we do not have a dealer base. This allows us to keep a close relationship with the customer as well as avoiding excessive dealer price markups. This means the customer gets the same distributor pricing that a dealer would receive.

Do you offer shipping options outside of FedEx?

At the moment the only offered shipping option is through FedEx.

What payments are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and money orders.
