Returns & Exchanges

At Rokkor, we guarantee you will be satisfied with our products, that is why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. This means that if for any reason, within the first 30 days of receiving your product, you are not happy with your purchase, you can send the product back for full refund, shipping not included. To return your product, you will need to contact Rokkor at 877-249-1899 and get a return authorization number. Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your return authorization number. Products not returned in full are subject to a restocking fee.

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receiving your product. In order to exchange for a different product, your original purchase must be in perfect condition and all parts must be returned. If any parts are missing, you will be subject to a restock fee. The difference in price will be charged or credited to the card used to make the original purchase.

Return Process

The following steps must be followed for all returns or exchanges:

  1. Call Rokkor and obtain a Return Authorization Number.
  2. Repackage your products in the original packaging if possible and be sure to write your return authorization number on the outside of the box.
  3. Ship your products to:

  4. Please note Rokkor is not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping. We recommend you use an insurable shipping method.
  5. Once your return has been received and processed, please allow 2-3 business days for your credit to be applied or exchange to be shipped.


Canadian Customers

Canadian customers will not under any circumstances receive a refund for duties or taxes that might have been imposed on their original shipment. No exceptions will be made.

Original Shipping Charges

For all returns or exchanges, the original shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds will be for product only. For your convenience, we are happy to issue a FedEx call tag to have FedEx come to your location to pick up the package. When the product is returned we will deduct the return shipping amount from your credit.

Mechanics Fees

In some cases, aftermarket products are subject to modifications. This can be due to numerous reasons. We do our best to make sure our products fit with little to no modification. Please note that we do not refund for any mechanics fees that might be incurred during the installation or removal of Rokkor products.
